一度叱咤武術界的「羅新門」武館宗師羅新（泰迪羅賓飾）昏迷三十年後奇蹟甦醒，但醒來後神志不清，把祥（黃又南飾）誤認作徒弟，而真正的徒弟成（陳觀泰飾）和淳（梁小龍飾）無奈淪為徒孫。「羅新門」重現生氣之餘，羅新硬逼三人練武，以參加由「龐青武館」舉辦的「全港武術大賽」，但龐青（陳惠敏飾）的徙弟叢生猛（歐陽靖飾）卻設局取消他們的比賽資格……
